DOT DASH is the collaboration between Eoin Furbank and Jessica Jordan-Wrench, alongside frequent collaborators and associates, including co-founder Nick Thompson.

Eoin Furbank is co-director of Dot Dash alongside freelance work as a sound designer, sound engineer and lighting designer. As a freelancer he has worked across film, theatre, music and visual art, for a variety of organisations. Favourites include Theatre Royal Haymarket, Little Angel and Nigel & Louise.

Jessica Jordan-Wrench is co-director of Dot Dash alongside freelance work as a curator, creative producer, artist and lecturer.  As a freelancer she has curated the International Festival of Projections, and creative produced the Margate Festival and Looping the Loop. In 2017 she was an Associate Artist at Open School East. She began her career working as a music journalist and still writes for various arts publications. From 2013-17 they co-directed the Tom Thumb Theatre together, a DIY venue in Margate.

Nick Thompson is a London based theatre producer, general manager and programmer. Since graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama he has worked independently for The Lowry, ITV, The Watermill Theatre, Mischief Theatre, Theatre Royal Margate and many others.
